Job Title: Senior Engineering Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Trainer to join our team. As a Senior Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to our learners, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and coaching sessions to learners in both classroom and workshop environments.
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of learners, providing regular interventions and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Ensure evidence of learning, achievement, and funding is captured effectively and timely.
  • Plan and deliver individualized learning programmes, including maths and English, to meet the needs of learners.
  • Work closely with employers to ensure learners are supported and motivated to achieve their qualifications.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials and resources.
  • Participate in discussions with employers to build relationships and ensure learners are progressing towards their goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant occupational sector experience and qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willing to undertake.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and teaching that meets learner needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
