What will be your role?

As a vital member of the digital marketing team, reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive will contribute to the development of captivating social media content and support the management of campaigns across various social platforms for our diverse portfolio of brands.

Social media serves as a crucial channel for our brands, responsible for attracting and engaging millions of users on our websites annually. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in maintaining updated and brand-centric social media channels, exploring innovative social media strategies, and enhancing audience engagement with our content, thereby improving the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily creation of social media content aligned with business objectives Strategic planning of social media content across primary Travel Chapter brands Collaborating with the team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns Supporting the social media manager in managing online communities Sourcing and creating visual content Crafting engaging copy for social media posts Assisting in the setup, optimization, and reporting of social media campaigns

Experience in creating social media content using design tools like Canva Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal A creative perspective on visual content Experience in image editing or production A willingness to learn about new technologies and software Analytical skills to assess content engagement Excellent time management abilities Capability to work independently
