**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and organized Media Technician to join our team at Norwich University of the Arts. As a Media Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our creative portfolio of courses from our Media Resource Centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate our equipment loan store, arranging student access to professional film production, photographic, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Provide technical support to students and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our media facilities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our equipment and technical systems.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure the highest standards of technical support and service.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working in a busy equipment loan centre or similar technical environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of photographic, video, and audio equipment.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical systems and troubleshoot issues.
