Catering Support Staff - Crawley, West Sussex

We are seeking Catering Support Staff for a Permanent, Full-Time position that includes alternate weekends.

Experience in food service, coffee preparation, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

Hourly Wage up to £11.44

Role Overview of Catering Support Staff

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the dining area, ensuring we surpass customer expectations and optimize all sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serving food at the counters
  • Preparing and serving both hot and cold beverages
  • Clearing and cleaning tables
  • General cleaning duties
  • Operating the cash register
  • Counter service
  • Barista duties

A friendly demeanor and courteous attitude are essential, whether you are serving customers or setting up tables for the next guests. Being proactive and energetic is crucial as this role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
