About the Role

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Catering Assistant to join our team at Warmere Court. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in food preparation and cooking
  • Independently prepare hot meals and sandwiches for residents
  • Load and unload the dishwasher, wash up equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Collect and distribute crockery from/to the care floors
  • Clear tea trolleys and empty kitchen rubbish
  • Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and Regulations
