Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to cultivate enduring, trustworthy connections with our clientele.

The primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager is to manage a portfolio of designated clients, foster new business opportunities from current customers, and proactively explore new avenues for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging with key business leaders and stakeholders to formulate strategic account plans.
  • Address client inquiries and pinpoint new business prospects within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development, to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for all client account management issues.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients while recognizing areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Forecast and monitor essential account metrics, such as quarterly sales outcomes and annual projections.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the designated territory.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in SaaS and digital analytics is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with clients to showcase the value of enterprise digital analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and G Suite/MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Industry expertise in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Insurance, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Experience utilizing data to address business challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is required.
