About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our ICS team as a Customer Relationship Coordinator in Handsworth, Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships between Elis UK Limited and our customers. They will also provide comprehensive administrative support to our Account Managers and proactively manage a proportion of the site portfolio within their team.

We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
  • Supporting an internal service inbox and dealing with customer and internal enquiries.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Account Managers.
  • Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
  • Uploading information into customer portals.
  • Using simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
  • Coordinating and supporting Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams.
  • Participating in and supporting continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Supporting other teams on annual leave.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
