Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service
  • Coordinate with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments
  • Monitor session progress and backfill appointments as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and greeting customers on arrival
  • Assist with completion of forms and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain rooms and equipment for assessments
  • Update records accurately using our in-house computer system
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
