Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Maximus. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Assessment Centre, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure the seamless delivery of assessments across all relevant channels.
  • Carry out reminder calls to clients to confirm appointments and provide important information.
  • Monitor session progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the Assessment Centre and other teams, communicating effectively to ensure cohesive working relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using in-house computer systems to document client information and activity.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, to support the smooth operation of the Assessment Centre.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven ability to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
