We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract/Operations Controls Manager to join our Performance and Contract Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our BAU procedures and controls to drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and optimize the performance of our B2B & Microtricity portfolio, in line with P&L expectations.
- Implement best practice contract and performance management, including building a framework to assess and prioritize risk areas across our end-to-end business processes.
- Lead a suite of project activity focused on improvement opportunities, working across all B2B teams, Operations, and Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and implement consistent KPIs and governance procedures.
- Optimize quality and compliance performance through improved BAU assurance and auditing procedures.
- Support and upskill managers on how to lead effective governance and use performance metrics to facilitate structured decision-making.
- Continuously monitor B2B & Microtricity KPIs to ensure delivery to targets and regulatory obligations.
- Deliver contract management projects through effective programme management practices.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate the £ impact of operational performance.
- Proven experience in scoping and delivering multi-workstream contract management or performance improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
