Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Standguide. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of advisors, trainers, and consultants, helping jobseekers find employment. You will also manage your own caseload, depending on contract needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost team performance and quality
  • Coach and mentor team members for success
  • Resolve challenges and ensure compliance with programme guidelines
  • Drive key partnerships and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
  • Experience of sales management and people management
  • Educational attainment of a degree or equivalent, or A-Level or equivalent attainment plus 2 years of line management experience
  • Full UK driving license
