We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at a brand-new Residential Children's Home near Stroud. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
  • Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.

About You:

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
  • Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
  • Must be a driver with a car.
