About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and confidence.
