About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant with Helping Hands, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and domestic support to our clients.

This rewarding position involves working with a diverse range of individuals, each with their unique needs and requirements.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £9.50-£10.50 per hour, depending on experience.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:

  • Paid mileage of 35p per mile
  • Early Pay App - request up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • No prior social care experience necessary, but a kind-hearted and adaptable approach is essential
Working Arrangements

We offer flexible shift patterns to accommodate your lifestyle, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to provide the best possible care to our clients.
