Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and supervising care staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. To assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans that meet these needs.
  2. To provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
  3. To supervise and mentor care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  4. To communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
  • Experience working with older adults in a care home or hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, including use of tools such as Waterlow and MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
