We are recruiting for an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our residential care service for young people with complex needs. Located near Stroud, the home provides a 4:1 care ratio to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the young peoples care and support plans, providing stability and consistency in the delivery of care, and supporting the young people in achieving greater independence and integration into the local community.

With a proven track record in similar management roles, ideally in residential care for young people with complex needs, you will be passionate about providing exceptional care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the delivery of individualised care and support plans
  • Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with young people, families, and other stakeholders
