Senior Care Team Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Team Manager to join our team at a brand-new Residential Children's Home near Stroud. As a Senior Care Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs
* Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development
* Lead a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent
* Experience working with children with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
* Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations
* Compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people
* Must be a driver with a car
