Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at a brand-new Residential Children's Home near Stroud. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs, promoting their growth and development.
  • Participate in planning and delivering activities that cater to the diverse needs of our young people.
About You
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Have experience working with children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Be familiar with Ofsted standards and regulations.
  • Exhibit a compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
  • Be a driver with a car.
  • Be motivated by a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people.
  • Possibility for a permanent role.
