About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to support a brand-new children's home in Michinhampton, Gloucestershire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a young male with complex needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the young person with complex needs in a residential setting
  • Working in a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the young person's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience in Support Work with Children/Young people with complex needs in a residential setting
  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
