Standguide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of advisors, trainers, and consultants, helping jobseekers find employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Boost team performance and drive key partnerships
  • Mentor new and experienced staff, coaching for performance and instruction as required
  • Utilize Management Information tools to monitor performance, trends, and best practice
  • Plan and ensure that Outreach and liaison with referral sources occurs to ensure sufficient throughput of new customers
  • Complete set reports for Job Centre Plus (JCP), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) and Local Authorities as necessary both ad hoc and on a regular basis as defined by fundholder account management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events
Requirements
  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
  • Experience of sales management including the supervision of an individuals'/teams delivery and/or output (minimum 6 months experience)
  • Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual
  • Educational attainment of either a degree or equivalent or alternatively A-Level or equivalent attainment plus at least 2 years of high-quality line management experience in a target orientated business environment
  • IEP L2 Sector Introduction is desirable
  • Personal interests regarding interest in career and self-development
  • Full UK driving license as role requires travel
