About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards of quality and excellence in every aspect of the store's operations

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and people, with a strong desire to learn and grow. You'll need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
