Job Opportunity at Château de Mercuès

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with menu planning and development, ensuring that dishes are creative, innovative, and aligned with the Château's culinary vision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative, with a calm and mature approach under pressure.
  • Passion for food, cooking, and the culinary industry, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
