We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of our 2400 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex payroll challenges, including bonuses, deductions, pensions, and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation.
  • Drive insights and improvements by providing valuable data-driven insights to senior management and spearheading initiatives to streamline and enhance our payroll processes.
  • Collaborate across teams, working closely with HR, Finance, and IT to optimise our payroll systems and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Lead and innovate by participating in or leading payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and process reengineering, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor and support by sharing your expertise through training and developing team members and acting as the go-to person for resolving payroll queries and issues.
