Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our payroll operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our 2400 employees are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex payroll challenges, including bonuses, deductions, pensions, and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimise our payroll systems and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing your expertise and acting as the go-to person for resolving payroll queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) qualification or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience working in a large, multi-site organisation.
  • Previous experience with payroll-related projects, such as system implementations or upgrades.
