  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes
  • Lead and innovate by participating in or leading payroll-related projects
  • Mentor and support team members by sharing your expertise

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • CIPP qualification or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience working in a large, multi-site organisation
  • Previous experience with payroll-related projects
