Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently manage stock levels, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
