Position Summary:

The Influencer Marketing Lead will oversee the execution of influencer campaigns that align with our brand initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of campaigns from inception to analysis, collaborating with various teams to maximize client value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Media Operations Director to enhance our influencer marketing product, CURVA, by expanding our network and establishing key talent relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent agencies on a global scale.
  • Effectively communicate the CURVA product and broader media offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary resource for influencer marketing expertise.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to execute media campaigns through influencer partnerships.
  • Propose innovative ideas to further develop and strengthen the CURVA product, ensuring its competitive edge in the market.
  • Achieve internal margin targets for each campaign.
  • Utilize Keynote and PowerPoint for advanced campaign presentations and assist in post-campaign reporting.
  • Support the commercial team in crafting media partnership proposals, recommending influencers and creative strategies.
  • Manage influencer invoicing and payment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding project management capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Twitter, and Snap.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencers and creators within the football and related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of football and its key brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and innovative in problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
