Position Summary:

The Influencer Marketing Lead will spearhead the execution of influencer campaigns that bolster our brand initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns from inception to analysis, collaborating with various teams to provide substantial value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Media Operations Director to enhance our influencer marketing product, CURVA, by expanding our network and nurturing key talent relationships.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with talent agencies worldwide.
  • Effectively communicate the CURVA product and broader media offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all influencer marketing inquiries.
  • Work in tandem with the Paid Media team to execute media campaigns through influencer partnerships.
  • Propose innovative ideas to further develop and maintain CURVA's market-leading position.
  • Achieve internal margin targets for each campaign.
  • Utilize Keynote and PowerPoint for advanced campaign presentations and support post-campaign reporting.
  • Assist the commercial team in crafting media partnership proposals, recommending influencers and creative strategies.
  • Oversee influencer invoicing and payment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project management abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Twitter, and Snap.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencers and creators within the football and related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of football and its key brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and innovative in problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
