About the Role:

Amplifi Capital is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the UK. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who can make a difference by solving our customers' queries every day to ensure they can access our services as easily and efficiently as possible. You will impress our clients with your understanding and clear communication. You will also get to work in a small but dedicated team pulling together to build a truly unique financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers to ensure they can access our services as easily and efficiently as possible
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, solving problems and providing excellent service
  • Follow up with customers in a timely, empathetic, and transparent way, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Onboard new customers and liaise with them for ID verification and other compliance-related tasks
  • Deal with a range of customer inquiries, from simple to complex, and provide accurate and helpful information
  • Implement and enforce best practices to enhance the customer service experience
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
