About the Position

  • We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our organization, where your primary responsibility will be managing service bookings, inspections, and repairs through telephone interactions. You will also engage in promoting additional services.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer journey is essential, as you will be communicating with clients via phone and email, while also coordinating with our service centers.
  • This role is a full-time permanent opportunity, requiring 42.5 hours of work each week, from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
