About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our busy team at Vantage Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional telephone support to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with our dealerships to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary package, subject to experience, which can be increased as you progress your career. The package for this role is up to £29,547.11 OTE and there is a strong potential to earn over this.
