About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insight Manager to join our award-winning Research and Insight Team at Coventry Building Society. This is an exciting opportunity to lead market research projects and shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research Methodologies: Consult and advise on best practice research methodologies to ensure high-quality insights.
  • Project Management: Design and lead on bespoke and syndicated research projects to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work independently on regular stakeholder surveys and provide monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Business Partnership: Support the Practice Lead to deliver the Practice roadmap and ensure all research is impactful and influences decision making.
About You

To be successful, you will have experience managing market research projects from end to end, a good working knowledge of various research methodologies, tools, and techniques, and strong analytical and communication skills. Quantitative research experience is key, and experience in both agency and client-side research is desirable.
