About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity within our award-winning Research and Insight Team at Coventry Building Society. The function is responsible for ensuring that we listen to and act on feedback from members, non-customers, brokers, and employees. The role of a Customer Insight Manager involves leading market research projects in-house and with third-party agencies to help shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting and advising on best practice research methodologies to drive business growth.
- Designing and leading on bespoke and syndicated research to inform business strategies.
- Working independently on all regular stakeholder surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of the market.
The Customer Insight Manager will support the Practice Lead to deliver the Practice roadmap, ensuring all research is impactful and influences decision-making. The candidate will be confident building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
About You
To be successful, you'll have experience of managing market research projects from end to end. You'll have a good working knowledge of various research methodologies, tools, and techniques. Quantitative research experience is key. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, alongside strong data visualization and storytelling.
Experience of strong relationship building with stakeholders is a must. Desirable skills include experience in both agency and client-side research, background in Financial Services, or with financial clients, and proficiency in qualitative research methodologies.
