About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insight Manager to join our award-winning Research and Insight Team at Coventry Building Society.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading market research projects in-house and with third-party agencies to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting and advising on best practice research methodologies to ensure high-quality insights.
  • Designing and leading bespoke and syndicated research projects to meet business needs.
  • Working independently on regular stakeholder surveys and providing timely and actionable insights.
  • Monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing market research projects from end to end, with a strong understanding of various research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Quantitative research experience is essential, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Desirable: experience in both agency and client-side research, background in Financial Services, or with financial clients, proficiency in qualitative research methodologies.
