About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Insight Manager to join our award-winning Research and Insight Team at Coventry Building Society Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading market research projects to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement research strategies to gather insights and inform business decisions.
  • Lead market research projects from end to end, including designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop research solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide expert advice on research methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in market research, with experience in leading projects and working with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex research findings in a clear and concise manner. You will also have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to apply research insights to drive business growth.
