About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, managing a team of digital marketing professionals, and analyzing marketing activity results to maximize customer acquisition and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing activity results, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and maximize customer acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for our organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and experience with SEO and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Experience with social media platforms and great understanding of customer and market behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of digital marketing professionals.
