Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Collaborate closely with our key partner agents to maximize the potential of our network, reviewing agent strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Deliver system and product training to a range of stakeholders, including partner agent directors, to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our services.
  • Data Analysis: Review and analyze key account data with the wider management team to monitor and manage agent retention across all modules.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research, collating data from our partners to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Training, Account Management, Sales, or Retentions, preferably in a property-related industry.
  • Strong passion for building productive relationships with partners.
  • Talent for spotting training needs and delivering key learning sessions.
