Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales, marketing, and business development teams. As a Sales Director, you will be instrumental in achieving the company's ambitious growth target of 25% year-on-year over the next three years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on sales metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Acquisition: Lead the process of signing up new clients from lead generating enquiry through to new business proposals and follow-up.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key intermediaries and third parties to enhance referrals and brand awareness.
- Tax Team Support: Ensure tax project opportunities are maximized and targets are achieved.
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow-up on all potential clients to meet ongoing client targets.

- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in professional services.
- Strong commercial acumen and professionalism.
