Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

N P Aerospace Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of sales or business development experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
