Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at N P Aerospace Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving and supporting our business development activities to win new business and grow our sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business-winning opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new markets and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to deliver winning solutions and bids.
- Collaborate with our engineering community to deliver coherent and accurate information to customers.
- Support the Bid Management Team in responding to tenders and coordinate delivery activities post-contract award.
- Inform and influence the relevant business functions to deliver winning solutions and bids.
- Present our products, differentiators, and discriminators to customers, partners, and suppliers, as well as at exhibitions.
- Attend shows and exhibitions as required.
- 5-10 years of experience in the defence and security industry, with a focus on sales or business development.
- University or College degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or another similar field.
- Desirable: Service in the military or a law enforcement organisation, experience or knowledge of personal protective gear, body armour, and vehicle armour systems, or project management or project engineering.
