They are committed to expanding their consulting capabilities in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences sectors and are seeking experienced Senior Managers to enhance their Supply Chain transformation practice.
Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will engage in high-level consulting roles with hybrid working arrangements, taking charge of some of the most ambitious and intricate Supply Chain transformation initiatives within the Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, and Life Sciences sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Procurement: Leading operational and transactional procurement efforts throughout the buying lifecycle, including the development of procurement strategies and supply chain frameworks.
- Digital Supply Chain: Implementing next-generation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Creating and enhancing supply chain analytics to improve end-to-end visibility and connect supply chain models with customer and pricing data.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Optimizing manufacturing processes at both the plant level and across the entire manufacturing network.
- Asset Management Transformation: Overseeing the complete asset management lifecycle, including service and asset management improvements.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, candidates must possess substantial experience in business transformation within the Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Biotech sectors. Your background may stem from a Top Tier Big 4 consulting firm or an internal change function within the relevant industries, operating at a strategic level. While expertise in all transformation areas is not mandatory, a focus on Procurement, Logistics & Warehousing, or Manufacturing & Operations is essential. A strong understanding of technology-enabled supply chain transformation is crucial. We are looking for individuals eager to engage in full lifecycle transformational projects, demonstrating high commercial acumen and a commitment to seeing initiatives through to completion.
