They are expanding their consulting capabilities within the Global Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences sectors and are seeking multiple Senior Managers to enhance their Supply Chain transformation practice.
Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will engage in high-level consulting roles with hybrid working arrangements, contributing to some of the most ambitious and intricate Supply Chain transformation initiatives within the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Procurement: Leading operational and transactional procurement processes, including the development of procurement strategies and supply chain operating models.
- Digital Supply Chain: Implementing next-generation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Enhancing end-to-end supply chain visibility through the development of advanced analytics and integration with customer and pricing data.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Driving performance improvements at the plant level and optimizing manufacturing networks holistically.
- Asset Management Transformation: Overseeing the complete asset management lifecycle, including service and field force transformations.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess substantial experience in business transformation, particularly within the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology sectors. This experience may have been acquired in a Top Tier Big 4 consulting firm or in an internal strategic role within the relevant industries. While expertise in all areas of transformation is not required, a focus on Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, or Manufacturing & Operations is essential. A strong understanding of technology-enabled supply chain transformations is crucial, along with a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to see projects through to completion. All interactions will be handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
