Supply Chain and Performance Excellence Consultant

Squarcle is a boutique supply chain and operations consultancy that helps clients achieve their performance ambition through the design and execution of supply chains and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Performance Excellence Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to clients on supply chain and operations strategy, design, and implementation.
- Work with clients to identify and solve complex business problems, increase value, and maximize business efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies, processes, and solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage individual workstreams and milestones to ensure timelines are adhered to and outputs are delivered within budget constraints.
- Perform analysis to identify and develop proposed solutions using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Review findings and present solutions to clients.
- Develop artefacts to support the presentation of solutions and plans using standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Deliver tasks to the quality standards and processes of the client and Squarcle.
- Bachelor's degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject or equivalent experience in a related role.
- Experience of working in Supply Chain Sales and Operations.
- Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be self-directed and an independent contributor to the team.
- Intellectual curiosity.

- Sound work ethic.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A worthy team player dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team.
- Business Improvement Qualification (Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma etc).
- S&OP training or supply chain qualification (APICS, CPIM, CIPs or CILT).
- Experience of business or Defence.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Visio.
- Ability to lead teams.
- Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads.
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives.
