About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P3M Consultant to join our team at Squarcle, a leading supply chain and performance excellence consultancy. As a P3M Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering expert supply chain strategy and operational advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement P3M strategies to drive business excellence and improve supply chain performance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead and support project and programme teams to deliver complex projects and programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall P3M processes and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality P3M coaching and training to colleagues and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in P3M and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject.
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
  • One or more P3M certifications (APM, Prince2, Equivalent Agile Qualification e.g Leading SAFe, Lean).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of working in a team environment and contributing to the development of others.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in supply chain sales and operations.
  • P3M assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • S&OP training (APICS, CPIM, CIPs or CILT).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Visio.
  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
  • Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives.
