They are actively expanding their consulting capabilities within the Global Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences sectors and are seeking several Senior Managers to enhance their Supply Chain transformation practice.
Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will engage in high-level consulting roles with a hybrid working model, allowing you to lead and influence some of the most ambitious and intricate Supply Chain transformation initiatives in the Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, and Life Sciences sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement Strategy: Overseeing operational procurement processes, including strategy formulation and supply chain design.
- Digital Supply Chain: Implementing next-generation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Developing analytics frameworks to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Driving optimization at both plant and network levels.
- Asset Management Transformation: Managing the complete lifecycle of asset management, including service and field force transformation.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, candidates must possess substantial experience in business transformation within the Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Biotech sectors. Your background may stem from a Top Tier Big 4 consulting firm or an internal strategic role within these industries. While expertise in all areas of transformation is not required, a focus on Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, or Manufacturing is essential. A strong understanding of technology-enabled supply chain transformation is crucial. We seek individuals committed to full lifecycle transformational projects, demonstrating high commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
