Job Description

Squarcle is a boutique supply chain and operations consultancy that helps clients achieve their performance ambition through the design and execution of supply chains and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain sales and operations, with excellent research, analysis, and presentation skills. They will be responsible for providing independent expert advice to clients, identifying and solving challenges, and increasing value and business efficiency.

The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends. The consultant will also be responsible for managing individual workstreams and milestones, ensuring timelines are adhered to and outputs are delivered within budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related subject or equivalent experience, and will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a sound work ethic. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent expert advice to clients on supply chain sales and operations
  • Identify and solve challenges, increase value, and improve business efficiency
  • Manage individual workstreams and milestones, ensuring timelines are adhered to and outputs are delivered within budget constraints
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends
  • Develop and refine Squarcle methods and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject or equivalent experience
