In light of their ambition to enhance their consulting capabilities within the Global Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences sectors, they are seeking multiple Senior Managers to join their team focused on Supply Chain transformation.
Role Overview
These positions represent classic C-Suite consulting roles with hybrid working arrangements. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage some of the most ambitious and intricate Supply Chain transformation initiatives across the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences sectors. As a Senior Manager within this practice, you will assist clients in shaping innovative ideas and resolving complex challenges by fostering trust, advocacy, and confidence. Typical areas of client engagement will encompass:
- Procurement Strategy: Operational and transactional procurement throughout the buying lifecycle, including procurement strategy and supply chain strategy.
- Digital Supply Chain: Implementation of next-generation supply chain technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation, AI, Internet-of-Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Big Data analytics.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Development of supply chain analytics to enhance end-to-end visibility, connecting supply chain models to customer and pricing analytics.
- Manufacturing and Operational Excellence: Optimization of manufacturing processes at both plant level and across the entire manufacturing network.
- Service and Asset Management Transformation: Comprehensive management of the asset lifecycle, including service and asset management transformation.
Candidate Profile
To excel in these roles, candidates must possess substantial experience in business change and transformation, specifically within the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology sectors. This experience may have been acquired within a Top Tier Big 4 or equivalent global consulting organization, or through an internal change function at a strategic level within the aforementioned sectors. While expertise in all outlined transformation areas is not required, candidates should have a strong focus on change and transformation, with an understanding of technology-enabled supply chain modifications. We are looking for individuals interested in full lifecycle transformational project work, demonstrating high commercial acumen and the ability to see projects through to completion.
