Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, creating job postings, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, update HR databases, and perform data analysis as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and employee development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and enquiries.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
