About the Role
Croda is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our UK HR and Recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for the full recruitment and employee life cycle, including being the first point of contact for candidates, placing adverts with recruitment agencies, and coordinating arrangements for interviews and assessment events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and employee life cycle processes
- Coordinate arrangements for interviews and assessment events
- Prepare employment terms and conditions for existing and new employees
- Liaise with employees and managers across the UK on various recruitment and employment queries
- Support the maintenance of our HR database and ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Good planning and organization skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office applications
- GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C or above
- Experience of working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality and ability to project a professional image
Desirable Qualifications
