Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Hunter James Recruitment Limited. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
